Prithviraj Sukumaran shares a photo of the Sahara desert as he wraps up filming his dream project

After his last blockbuster Kaduva released in theaters on July 7, Prithviraj Sukumaran seems to have a lot more to do. With back-to-back successes and a few more ambitious projects in the cards, like Prashanth Neel’s action-comedy Salaar, Prithviraj Sukumaran is undoubtedly on the rise. Recently, the actor shared the news that he has finished filming his dream project Aadujeevitham which is a survival drama.
Sharing a photo on his Instagram from his shoot in the Sahara Desert, the actor wrote, “14 years, a thousand obstacles, a million challenges, three waves of a pandemic…a spectacular sight! Blessy’s #AADUJEEVITHAM… PACK UP!. Reacting to the film’s eventual completion, his supportive wife Supriya Menon wrote, “I can’t believe this epic journey has finally come to fruition! Good for you Najeeb and the whole team! And congratulations on seeing Blessy sir’s vision through! I saw the endless days of fasting and being hungry turn into Najeeb! I’m so glad you and everyone else overcame the pandemic and all the other obstacles.”
Aadujeevitham, directed by acclaimed filmmaker Blessy, was mostly shot in the Jordanian desserts of Wadi Rum, with the climax and flashback scenes set in Thiruvalla, Kerala. Aadujeevitham portrays the story of an Indian migrant worker named Najeeb who leads a miserable life in Saudi Arabia. The film’s main character, Najeeb, is played by Prithviraj. Amala Paul will play an important female role in the film “Aadujeevitham”.
